Regional Targets

Kairos is focussed on the Mt York Gold Project in the Pilbara and its Roe Hills Gold Project, in the Kalgoorlie area, Western Australia.

In late 2024, Kairos and PLS signed a sale agreement transaction that has resulted in Kairos acquiring the gold and base metal rights to an additional 367km2 of PLS exploration licences and applications (subject to finalising a mineral rights agreement with PLS and then fulfilling relevant terms and conditions thereunder).

The additional exploration exposure, adjoining or close to Mt York, is an exciting opportunity as the ground has lookalike geology to Mt York with banded iron formation (BIF) geology, but has never been explored for gold. Large-scale airborne surveys are planned to detect subsurface gold mineralisation directly and efficiently.
